Would be nice if you could select UK sources in Google News UK
On Google.co.uk search, you can opt for “Web” or “UK” only results.
Wouldn’t be nice if you could do the same on Google.co.uk’s News section?
That way, if I’m searching the news by keyword - ie, “Ford” - I would be more likely to find something about Ford cars and the UK car industry relating to “Ford” - rather than all news sources that can often end up reporting on Ford news that relates only to their local readership.
I wouldn’t want to see all sources filtered out automatically without opting for it - but it would be nice to have the option if available, so that UK news on Google News UK isn’t drowned out by US news.

For example, on the search engine at Google.co.uk, I can select the web, or UK only pages.
It would be great if the news section at Google News also allowed me to search either all sources, or just UK sources.

NB i should add use accona news, it’s better - and have more searchable parameters on the right hand side

I was thinking of without advanced search ebing required - especially on a UK news portal so filled with non-UK news. :)
The Accoona feature is actually quite nice - something for Google to catch up with. :)
