New Scotland blog & pics

I really love manually building up websites. Usually they have to have some connection to work and clients, but recently I’ve been trying to set up some personal ones with no income generation goals whatsoever.

It’s like returning to my roots as a webmaster - but only this time being able to use a CMS, instead of code every page by hand. :)

The first one in my projected series is Gone to Scotland.

Simply put, in looking to decide where to live in Scotland, we’ve driven over most of it.

I’m now going through our back-catalogue of photos from the past 2 years travelling and writing up entries on the places we’ve visited.

There are only a dozen of so entries so far, but a couple of them may serve as decent tasters for what’s going up:

If anyone’s planning to go to Scotland anytime soon, hopefully it can serve as a useful guide to recommended places to visit.

PS - This week the snows came and settled on the mountaintops. :)
