Google Adsense: 2 weeks late
Noticed no Adsense payment into my account yet, so logging in, I checked the payment record - only to find that Google are going to be 2 weeks late paying out Adsense:

Google have been generally good at paying on time, so it raises eyebrows to see them late on payments for April - not least being 2 weeks late.
Technical problems, or do Google just need the interest on the cash before paying it out?
In the meantime, a quick test on behavioural ads is showing no significant improvement, so that’s switched off.
I’ll only be able to consider putting it back on if Google allow activation by channel, rather than the entire account.
Otherwise, the danger is that profitable channels will simply lose out over time, when instead of useful higher paying ads being displayed by context with the content, general interest - and low paying ads - could kick in.
ADDED: Payment came through on May 6th - glad to see things still running smoothly on payments. :)
