Revenue share for vbulletin

I’m currently looking at the possibility of setting up revenue share on one or more of my forums.

Just for reference, here are a couple of the plugins I’m currently looking at:
vB Ad Management 3.1 (Ad Sharing Edition)
Adsense Revenue Sharing for 3.5.x and 3.6.x

The question is whether it works or not.

The reason I’m looking at implementing it is two reasons:

1. Some of my smaller forums desperately need something to leverage to bring in new members and get them posting. This is one option, along with some competitions.

2. I’ve just bought the infamous betlik forums - where posters joined up expecting to be paid to post. Trouble is, it all snowballed beyond the financial limits of the first owner, and when sold to a second owner, they were overwhelmed, too. I have no idea what debt has built up, so the likelihood is that I’ll wipe out all payments but offer revenue share as compensation.

Anyway, a few notes to myself, and I’ll update this thread with the revenue share option I implement, along with how it goes with betlik. It’s a dangerous purchase, but it felt like my gut was telling me I should have bought it when first up for sale, so now it’s up again I’m going for it.
